SHIPPING : Speedwolfs delivers parcels all over the world via DHL. Once orders are sent a change of delivery address will no longer be possible, please make sure to fill out a correct address when checking out. Shipping costs for each specific geographic area are calculated at checkout and listed below. Speedwolfs is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge if incurred. Buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. Speedwolfs will NOT be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.
RETURNS : We’re extremely sad things didn’t work out for you, but here’s the good news : you get 7 days to return your items starting from the day you receive your order. Items must be returned in the same original conditions. All original tags must be attached. Please note that we can only exchange an item for the same article in a different size or color. The new size/color will be dispatched as soon as we have received the article that is to be exchanged. In order to start the exchange or refund process, the customers can contact Speedwolfs aftersales team via email at (email@example.com) Stating the order number, the reason for return and whether it’s a request for a product exchange or a refund. Please note that final sale items, which are not available online anymore, or *Limited* Pieces are not eligible for a return. Once you receive your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is defective, please contact our Customer Care Team via (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 2 days of receipt and let us know. We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible so that you can show off your #Speedwolfs Merch!

Article will be examined and processed on site refunding you or exchanging the product for you. It's only possible to exchange an item at the garage when the checkout option *pay on site* is ticked.
